Welcome to Comictibles.ch. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, as well as your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We specialize in collectible comic books from the Golden Age to the Modern Age, including new, near-mint, modern collectibles, and vintage comics.

2. Products & Item Condition

1. Comics vary in age and condition. Some items are brand-new, some are modern collectibles, and others are vintage, which may show age-related wear.

2. Each item is sold exactly as pictured. We provide detailed photographs and describe the comic’s condition as accurately as possible.

3. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the item condition has been clearly presented and understood.

4. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or differences in individual evaluation of comic grading.

5 .Our team has extensive experience in comic grading; however, grading can be subjective and may differ from other collectors or third-party services.

3. Pricing & Payments

1. Prices are displayed in CHF unless otherwise indicated.

2. Prices may automatically adapt to other currencies at checkout, depending on your payment provider and location.

3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

4. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

4. Shipping Policy

1. Orders within Switzerland ship from Switzerland.

2. Orders to European countries ship from France to reduce costs and customs delays.

Order preparation time: We aim to prepare and ship all orders within 3 business days.

    • During exceptional circumstances (bank holidays, high-volume periods, courier disruptions, or unforeseen logistical issues), preparation and shipping may be delayed.

  2. Safe and secure packaging:

    • All comics are shipped in rigid cardboard mailers or sturdy cardboard-backed envelopes to prevent bending.

    • Protective sleeves and bags are used where appropriate.

    • Packaging ensures comics arrive flat, secure, and in the condition shown at purchase.

  3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  4. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.

  5. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or external factors.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  1. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

  2. These fees are not included in product prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. We are not liable for items delayed, held, or refused by customs authorities.4

6. Return & Refund Policy

Because we sell unique collectible items, returns are not accepted except in exceptional situations.

6.1 No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Dissatisfaction with the price

  • Complaints about item condition when photos and descriptions are provided

  • Change of mind

  • Expectations of a different grading or quality not supported by the listing

All items are sold as-is with fully transparent presentation.

6.2 Situations Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be issued only in the following exceptional cases:

1. Package lost by the carrier

2. Item delivered to the wrong destination due to carrier error

3. Item missing from the shipment

4. Severe damage during transit

6.3 Reporting an Issue

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photo or video evidence is required for missing or damaged items.

  • All claims are reviewed individually, and resolutions may vary depending on the case.

7. Order Accuracy & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

Comictibles.ch is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Customs issues

  • Damage caused after delivery

Our maximum liability per order is limited to the total purchase amount of the affected item(s).

9. Intellectual Property

All images, product descriptions, and content on Comictibles.ch are the property of Comictibles.ch and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with Swiss data protection regulations. Personal data is used only for order processing, communication, and website functionality. We do not sell or share customer data except as required for payment and shipping.
